— FIRST IMPRESSIONS —

APPEARANCE Chris stands at 6'1" with green eyes and brown hair which he either tends to spike, let loose or somewhere in between. He alternates between clean shaven and stubble, although it's pretty rare to catch him clean shaven. He'll usually have some degree of facial hair.

CLOTHING Chris favors simple clothing he can move or fight in. He doesn't prefer any color scheme as long as it's flexible, warm and easy to clean monster guts out of. He tends to prefer layers and can usually be seen with some sort of jacket or outerwear.

DEMEANOR Chris can serious to a fault. He'd be hard pressed to be found unoccupied, and if it looks like he's unoccupied, chances are he's probably not. Chris always has a plan, or something he wants/needs to be doing. There's always a task to be performed. Keep on mission. His default expression is that of mild annoyance, although he can be very facially expressive when he wants to be. Due to his traumatic upbringing, Chris's first instinct is generally to lie and be manipulative, but he's also pretty terrible at it and can be easy to corner. Until he lets his guard down, he may change his behavior based on what he thinks will get him more; overtly sexual, romantic, gentle, serious, snarky. When relaxed he can be a good friend and have a good sense of humor, although he's got serious inferiority and abandonment issues.

Whitelighter-Witch hybrid Chris is the offspring of an angel and a witch. As such he shares both abilities to some degree. He is also likewise vulnerable to both flesh and blood weapons and magical or angelic ones. His abilities can also be completely nullified or removed. Due to his father not being around (or really caring about him), he was also never trained in a lot of his angelic abilities and doesn't really know what he's doing. He's a lot more comfortable and trained in his witch powers.

Charges As a Whitelighter, Chris has the ability to naturally connect (or be assigned) with those he is supposed to guide and assist.

Sensing/Calling As a Whitelighter/guardian angel, Chris can sense and locate his charges, both magical and mortal. He can hear them calling him, can sense/feel if they're in danger, hurt, angry, etc. He can also hear and communicate with other celestial beings, as well as prayers/calls directed at him--it's more easily done with his charges and those he already has a natural link to, but can work with others as well.

Orbing/Telekinetic Orbing Chris can orb, which is a kind of teleportation. His body breaks down into blue/white sparkling lights and reassembles at his intended destination. He can also orb objects to him within viewing distance. Orbing is pretty calorie intensive. Subject to teleportation rules. Orbing is a fear response.

Healing Chris is the only Whitelighter in existence that can't heal. You're shit out of luck. You'll need to wait till he gets therapy and is able to trigger it. The ability to heal is triggered by love.

Spellcasting/Scrying/Potions Chris can do all that witchy stuff. His main talent here is potions. He's able to tap into the object's inherent magic and transform them into a magical substance that will create a specific effect. These potions can replicate magical abilities or magical/mundane substances such as acid, creating explosions, creating substances to only harm a specific individual or turn something into something else (like an animal), etc.

Telekinesis He can move objects with his mind. Chris uses his hands to do this. It's triggered by anger. A side power of this is telekinetic crushing. Chris is able to use this ability to telekinetically crush objects.

Combat/Fighting/High Resistance Chris is an absolutely terrible fighter but his dual heritage gives him resilience against attacks. Easy to fight, harder to hurt. As whitelighters are inherently pacifists, his witch powers are not as volatile as a full witch would be.
